  Laura Sheeran Cirone, President/CEO

President and Founder of LSC Productions, Inc., Laura has been awarded the prestigious 2007 Meeting Planner of the Year Award by the New Jersey Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPI NJ).


Beginning her career in the entertainment industry producing and casting for theater and television, Ms. Cirone has been producing corporate events for over twelve years.

Serving as President-Elect for MPI NJ, she brings a level of  expertise and business ethics that are key to insuring  the flawless execution of corporate meetings and special events.

                                

Pamela Wynne, Director, Business Strategy

As a 15-year industry veteran, Pam has extensive experience working with Procurement, Consolidating Meetings and Travel Departments, and creating Strategic Meetings Management Programs (SMMP). After earning her CMP in 2002 and her CMM in 2004, Pam was asked to join the Global Corporate Circle of Excellence for Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and was involved in writing several of the white papers published on consolidation, synergies with travel, and Strategic Meetings Management.

Pam is a Platinum Speaker for MPI on the topic of SMMP. Pam is also trained as a business etiquette and international protocol consultant. Pam has spoken at IAAP, ALA, MPI, NBTA, HSMAI and several corporations as well as other local and regional associations.  Some of her topics include: Strategic Thinking, Personality Profiling, Self-Branding and Promotion, Best Practices in Marketing and Communication, Meeting Planning and Travel Best Practices, Business Protocol, Building Strategic Partnerships, and Travel and Meeting Department Consolidation.  She has been featured in many industry magazines as a content-area expert including The Meeting Professional, Meeting News, EMC Venues MEET Magazine, Corporate Meetings and Incentives, and Business Travel News, and NJBIZ.

Most recently, as the Vice President of Operations and Client Services at EMCVenues, Pam helped clients consolidate their meetings spend, increase their cost savings, built strategic meeting programs, maximized their ROI/ROO and trained thousands of meeting professionals through educational seminars, webinars, and facilitated many team-building sessions. 

An innovative and creative thinker, Pam is an avid reader and frequent contributor to many industry magazines and continually increases her scope of speaking topics and areas of influence.  In her spare time, she enjoys travel and golf.   

Julia Ramos, Director, Meeting Services

Julia Ramos is an international certified meeting professional (CMP) with more than 20 years of corporate event planning experience. 

 

Ms. Ramos has an extensive corporate background, insuring the flawless execution of corporate meetings and special events. She has successfully managed a broad scope of corporate meetings as well as domestic and international events for Fortune 500 companies including AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Agere Systems and Pfizer. 

Ms. Ramos has planned sales meetings in Prague and Beijing as well as customer and recognition events in Sardinia, Italy and Munich, Germany.   She also planned golf outings at the Ryder’s Cup, Valderama GC, Sotogrande Spain and the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am Pebble Beach, California.

 

Born and raised in Spain and fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English, Ms. Ramos has an understanding and appreciation for  multi-cultural differences.  She enjoys collaborating with her customers on a one-on-one basis to ensure every unique need is met.

 

Ms. Ramos is an active member of MPI and chairs and co-chairs two committees.  She lives in New Jersey with her husband and enjoys traveling, reading and golf.

Sara Megletti, Senior Associate/Event Facilitator

With nearly 25 years experience in IT customer relations, sales and marketing, Sara is the senior planner and director of LSC's 5-Minute Networking events. 

Sara is an active member of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners, Toastmasters International, the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce, Lead Exchange, Are You a B-Girl? network organization, and The American Sewing Guild.  She is an accomplished public speaker, teacher, and volunteer leader who enjoys  business, fashion, travel, art and sewing.
